If within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery, a customer is not fully satisfied with any product, or the product is found to have manufacturing defects, CBD Essence shall, at their discretion, replace product(s) or refund the amount of the product(s), less shipping costs. Authorization must be acquired, and the authorization information, including the order number, and reason for the return, must be enclosed with the returned product.
If within a period of 30 days from the date of the order being shipped, a customer has unopened product(s) that they wish to return, CBD Essence shall refund the amount of the product, less shipping costs, upon receipt of product at the CBD Essence facilities. Authorization must be acquired, and the authorization information, including the order number, and reason for the return, must be enclosed with the returned product.
